At this stage I was torn between sticking to my original plan of finishing on Friday or getting a move on and finishing on Thursday so I could see more of my Challenge friends. Very satisfying before a 6 mile walk along a B road to the hotel marked on the map at Bridge of Alford where I managed to get a room. All of a sudden, everything was right with the world!
